Sydney graduated with her Bachelors degree in Health Studies from Arkansas State University in May 2020. Her passion for working with children and having the opportunity to make a difference in lives is what led her to Miracle Kids Success Academy. Sydney is caring, considerate, and very reliable! She loves helping others, so that is what make Sydney such a great teacher. Her person motto is “Live everyday like it’s your last.”
Emaleigh Harper, Lead ECDT
Najel Byrd, Lead ECDT
Najel earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Arkansas State University and has been working with children for 8 years. Najel is also a part of the Tri-State Mentoring for Young Men Program based out of West Helena. He is passionate about being able to have a positive impact on the children he gets to work with, his family, and the people he comes in contact with day to day. Being able to make kids smile and help them reach their goals is his favorite part of working with kids. If Najel could possess one super-human power, it would be the ability to teleport. Najel has been trained in Strategies for Teaching based on Autism Research (STAR Curriculum Training). A developmental curriculum content appropriate for students with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
Madisson Clanton, Lead ECDT
Madisson is a registered dental assistant. She is engaged and has one handsome little boy! She has always loved working with children, so when she decided to move back to the NEA area she know that Miracle Kids Success Academy was the place for her. Madisson is organized, consistent, and loving with all of kiddos and they definitely love her back! Her her spare time, she likes to draw and spend time with her family. Madisson’s personal motto is, “It’s nice to be important to people, but it’s also important to be nice to people.”
Whitnee Guthrie, Lead ECDT
Whitnee graduated with her Bachelors in Communication Disorders from Arkansas State University in 2020. With several of friends working at Miracle Kids Success Academy, she knew after graduation she wanted to be here too! Whitnee is passionate about helping others and loves seeing her sweet babies from Room 1 everyday. If she could possess one super-human power, it would be the ability to read minds! Her favorite part about working at MKSA is seeing growth in each of the children and watching them reach new goals each day.
